Leslie began her allied health journey working as a Dental Therapist in Redfern's Aboriginal Medical Service in 1994. Her interest in business and, leadership and management happened quite by accident in a successful family run Pest Control Business based in Sydney. Expansion to the Central Coast, Newcastle and Forster meant a larger team to lead and more skills to be learnt. Supporting businesses now from the Hunter to the Highlands and beyond. She specialises in team dynamics and transformational leadership.
